First, go to CutePhp.com and download the latest version of Cutenews. Save it in a folder where you'll remember where it is.

Now go into the folder where the cutenews folder is and unzip it. Upload it to the main root of your site. This way it's like yoursite.com/cutenews or yoursite.host.com/cutenews. If you're using Net2FTP, just go to upload >> and upload the entire .zip file and it fill unzip it for you.

Once it's uploaded, go to yoursite.com/cutenews/index.php or yoursite.host.com/cutenews/index.php. It should ask you to put in a Username and Password (for logging in), a Nickname (this is what cutenews displays as your name in blogs), and an E-mail (in which people can contact you by clicking your name). Fill these in and keep going.

Now it should ask you to log in. Before doing this, either delete the file install.mdu (which is in the functions folder or the regular cutenews folder). Or, if you log in, it'll have a warning and a link to internally delete the file. This doesn't really matter XD
