offset outline in psp

I'm going to teach you how to make an offset-outlined image in Paint Shop Pro. Let's get started!

First, make a new raster layer and paste in your brush in whatever color you want. I converted the sites URL into a brush, and thus, my image is this one:


Now, copy THIS layer, and paste it into a new image (AS A NEW SELECTION!) that's filled with the color you want the outline to be. This is how it should look:


Go to Selections >> Modify >> Select Selection Borders.


Change your settings to mine:


Now, this is how the image should look:


Next, go to Edit >> Copy, and then paste the image into the original image as a new layer. Use the move tool to move it so it's offset to the original brush.
