Duplicate the image and set it to soft light 50%
Merge visible and duplicate the layer again.
Go to filter >> blur >> gaussian blur and set the radius to 1.0 pixels.
Set this layer to Screen 30%.
Now duplicate the base layer and drag it all the way up. Set this layer to Soft Light 20%
And you're done. Merge visible and enjoy!
