First, get the image you would like to be using. I'm using this one:


Duplicate the image, sharpen it once or twice and set it to soft light 70%.


Make a new layer and fill it with #2e3192 and set it to Exclusion 20%.


Make another new layer and fill it with #9e0b0f. Set this layer to Screen 50%


And you're done!
