saturated rainbow
to
get started
1. First, select an image, specifically one with a background that has more than one color. I chose one and made it 100x100, or an icon.

2. Duplicate the image, sharpen it, and set it to 30% Screen. Merge Visible.

3. Create a new layer, and fill it with #0d004c. Set it to Exclusion 50%.

4. Duplicate the base image, drag it to the top and set it to Soft Light 30%.

5. Create another new layer and this time fill it with #9e0039. Set it to Saturation 70%.

6. Now, if there is a person on it, like mine, erase the Saturated layer where it's on top of their face/body, like so:

^ I erased it off her entire body
7. Now I'm going to put a dotted line around her body. To understand how to do this in Photoshop, go here. Please note, this is OPTIONAL!

And you're done!
