Warm Winter Effect

First, get an image. I'll be using this one:
Next, duplicate the image, sharpen and set to 20% screen.
Duplicate again, drag to the top and set to 23% multiply.
Now go to Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Selective Color. Set your settings to mine:
Merge Visible.
Duplicate the layer and set to Soft Light 20%.
Make a new layer and fill it with #6dd0f7. Set it to Soft Light 26%.
And you're done ! Hope it worked for you (:
